Post-lockdown repairs: help us get ready to help you

With the Government preparing to issue a timeline for when the UK may be able to leave lockdown, Platform are also looking to gear up our repairs service again ready for when we can get back to helping you.

To do this, we need your help.

Currently, we are only carrying out certain urgent and emergency repairs. If your repair falls into any of these categories, please call us on 0333 200 7304 and one of our team will book the repair for you. Click the link below to download a list of the repairs we are carrying out:

However, if you have a routine repair that doesn't fall into these categories, we'd still like to hear from you.

Any routine repairs reported now will not be done straight away, but instead will be scheduled for a future date.

We do not anticipate this to be any time before July, and this date is subject to change at any time based on Government advice and guidelines. We will keep you updated about when repairs will be carried out.

At present we are not intending to schedule any routine repairs within Independent Living Schemes before August, in line with government guidance on continuing to shield vulnerable customers. Once again, this date is provisional and may be subject to change based on future advice and guidance to ensure the safety of our customers.

You can report routine repairs over the phone, or by filling out the form below. Please be aware if you choose to call you may experience long hold times as we begin to take more calls.

Thank you for helping us plan our post-lockdown repairs service
