Walk for Health
Physical inactivity directly contributes to one in six deaths in the UK. Public Health England has launched the Active10 app to encourage us all to fit just 10 minutes of brisk walking into our daily routine. There are lots of ways to fit ten minutes into your day - download the App to find out more.
OR WHY NOT TRY A LOCAL HEALTH WALK... such as the walk in Westlands, Droitwich. Health Walks are weekly free 30 minute walks (or sometimes longer) which start all over the country. Ideal for those who want to move more but are looking for company and a gentle start. Find your nearest walk here: https://www.walkingforhealth.org.uk/
