EU Settled Status

Brexit will mean changes to the rights of EU nationals already living in the UK and of new arrivals from the EU now that the UK has left the EU.

EEA/EU nationals living in the UK and all people with EU rights to reside (including family members of EEA nationals) are being asked to apply to the EU Settlement Scheme before the deadline of 30 June 2021. This is not optional if you want to keep your rights intact and, according to the gov.uk website, what status you get may depend on when you apply.

Therefore, although there is a lot of time to apply, we encourage all our customers to whom the EU Settlement Scheme applies to do it as soon as possible
