We know that Diversity and Inclusion makes us a more effective social housing provider and is a key enhancer of our ability to make positive changes in our local communities and to deliver excellent customer services. Understanding the diversity of our communities will enable us to better plan and deliver local services tailored to meet specific needs. It will help shape our thinking and inform our actions.
Our vision is to be an inclusive and fair workplace; creating a place where people can be themselves and feel that their differences are valued and used to drive our business forward. We are creating a culture where people understand and respect each other’s differences; a flexible and supportive working environment that fosters a sense of belonging and where we can all deliver our best.

Customer Diversity Champions
Life is better when we all pull together.
We are looking for a team of Diversity Champions to pull together folks from all parts of the community, to share experiences and celebrate differences. Organising lunch clubs for older people; sharing cultures, traditions and customs and offering support to those who need it are just some of the things our Diversity Champions do.
