Allpay is our new payment provider for one off transactions
We currently use allpay to set up direct debits with customers, allowing us to provide flexibility around the date and frequency your rent is paid. The move to using allpay for one off transactions allows us to offer a wider range of payment channels for you. To take advantage of the following payment methods you will simply need your Payment Reference Number and Debit or Credit Card to pay through the below methods:
allpays automated Telephone Payments system enables you to pay your rent from a landline or mobile telephone by calling their automated phone system which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
You will be required to enter your unique Payment Reference Number as part of this process, this will ensure the payment is linked and posted to your rent account.
You can do this by either ringing the allpay payment line on 0844 557 8321 or by calling Fortis Living on 0333 200 7304 and selecting Option 1, followed by Option 2, followed by Option 1.
Internet payments is a secure online payment service that enables you to conveniently pay your rent, any time you like. You will need to register online, you can then sign in and make payments at your convenience.

The allpay App
The allpay app, available to download on Apple and Android devices, enables you to pay your rent from your smartphone.
As well as being able to pay your rent at the touch of a button, you will also benefit from being able to save your payment number and amounts, plus any bank card details to help save time with future payments.
Please be aware ‘allpay’ will appear against the transaction on your bank statement for all of the above payment methods.
